Our architectural service is split into three phases;

  • The first (Scheme Design Phase) to review feasibility, develop the design and prepare and submit a planning application.

  • The second (Detailed Design Phase) to develop technical information together with your consultants and specialists.

  • The third (Contract & Construction Phase)  to advise you about tendering your project, selecting a building contract, and to assist you through the construction period.

Relationship to the RIBA Stages of Work:

Our project phases and stages have been optimised to describe the full process of a residential project, and the service stages required. Architects often describe their service against the RIBA Plan of Work, however this represents a more generalised architectural service for all types and scales of project. The diagram shows the approximate correlation between our project phases and stages and the RIBA plan of work.
